1 1⁄2 cups Swiss cheese 6 eggs 1⁄2 cup light cream 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mustard powder 3⁄4 teaspoon salt 1 dash cayenne 3 tablespoons butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
